Ashley
Owner & Managing Director
As the owner and Managing Director of Navigate Asset Finance, Ashley brings a high level of energy and passion to his leadership role.
Commencing his finance career in 2002 with BankWest, Ashley became a finance broker in 2005. Ashley is known for the long-term relationships he builds with lenders and referral partners in the finance industry.
At Navigate, we pride ourselves on exceptional service, and Ashley exemplifies this with the work he does for both new and loyal clients day after day. He won’t give up until he has found the best option for each client.
Outside of the office, Ashley continues to bring his best to life; believing in the importance of a well-rounded approach by consistently starting his day at the gym. A whiz in the kitchen, a mixologist and a culinary artist, he takes every opportunity to entertain family and friends with a mouth-watering dish or a fancy cocktail.
Bernessa
general manager and senior analyst
Our beloved general manager and senior analyst, Bernessa is a favourite with our clients.
Boasting over a quarter of a century in finance, it’s not just her expertise that wins clients over; it’s her genuine concern for their success.
She is committed to ensuring every client experiences our high standard of service.
Surrounded by Adelaide Crows fans in the office, Bernessa holds her own as a proud supporter of Richmond Footy Club. Being the mother of a busy athletic daughter, she is a master at time management and a great advocate for work-life balance.
When she’s not keeping both the office and her home life running smoothly, she is enjoying the outdoors at the beach or on the river spending time with her Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute and her family.
Greg

Greg is a vital part of our collective wisdom at Navigate.
Greg is focused on securing the best outcomes for our clients, working swiftly and adaptably with transparent communication.
With 17 years at Navigate and another 21 in motor finance, his expertise is far reaching and invaluable. Often referred to as the hardest worker in the office, Greg’s dedication and drive motivates the rest of us.
Greg and his beautiful wife enjoy travelling Australia whenever they can. Whether it is with their caravan or stay in a luxury resort, there is not a lot of this country that they have not explored together or with their family.
Stuart
Loan Specialist
You will want Stuart to be in control of your finance journey. He is relatable and easy going and his thoughtful and caring nature means that he goes into great depth and detail to understand every client’s needs.
With over 14 years’ experience, he is not afraid to fight for the best possible outcome and will walk you through every step of the way.
With a passion for Motorsports, financing cars is right up his alley. A true family man, Stuart is always out and about with his family, whether it is enjoying a rock concert, an AFL Gather Round footy game or the VALO Super cars race.
